Perry Driggs worked in banking and the financial services industry for over 40 years. He has served as president of Michigan National Bank, Lansing, a state-wide $3 billion bank; Vice President and Treasurer of the Michigan National Corporation, a $9 billion, 23 bank holding company and a founding director and Chairman of a local community bank – Michigan Heritage Bank. His company, Great Lakes Capital LLC, helps startup companies develop business relationships, create financial plans and obtain debt and equity operating funds. Perry has been active in community and educational groups in the Michigan communities where he has lived.
I continue to be interested in helping students reach their goals and am involved interviewing high school seniors for admission to Harvard College and Northwestern University. For several years I taught business and finance classes as an Adjunct Professor at a university and a business college. In addition, I have served on several university and school boards.
I have had the opportunity to be on business & corporate boards of directors and a director of various non-profit organizations in the communities where I have lived.
